Expose yr. body to sun-rays for a short span as sun is the source of energy,optimum intake of water also keeps you healthy. For mental fitness,excercises like puzzles should be played.
People having a clear-cut target in their life,who are in contact with several people & people living in joint family are more prompt to get long life as they are emotionally attached to each other thus have a strong urge for life & purpose to live.
